Shipping Policy
When will I receive my order?
Each piece from Elevation Apparel is made on demand, reducing waste and ensuring quality. Our fulfillment time is 2–5 business days, after which your order is shipped. Shipping times depend on your location:

International: 10–20 business days
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Where does my order ship from?
We partner with a print-on-demand fulfillment company with facilities worldwide. Your order is shipped from the facility that can deliver it most efficiently based on your location.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not in our control and vary from country to country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before placing your order.
My order should be here by now, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
Before reaching out, please:
✔️ Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
✔️ Contact your local post office—they might have more info.
✔️ Check with neighbors in case the package was left with them.
If your shipping address was correct and your package is still missing, email us at elevationxapp@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll help sort it out.

How are your products made?
Every Elevation Apparel piece is created on demand, meaning we don’t mass-produce or keep large stock. This helps reduce waste and ensures that each product is crafted specifically for you.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. If you have any questions about your tracking, reach out to us at elevationxapp@gmail.com.
What if I receive the wrong item or a damaged product?
We’re sorry if you receive a damaged or incorrect item! Please email us at elevationxapp@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with:

Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Any other relevant details
We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Since all of our products are made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes or buyer’s remorse. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please reach out, and we’ll make it right.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only available if:
✔️ You receive the wrong item.
✔️ Your item arrives damaged.
If this applies, email us at elevationxapp@gmail.com within 7 days with photos of the issue, and we’ll either replace the item or offer a refund.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges since each item is made to order. To ensure the best fit, check the size guide available on each product page before ordering.
If you believe your item was mislabeled, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it with photos and your order number, and we’ll sort out a replacement or refund.
