    A: Our fulfillment time is 2–5 business days for all production techniques. 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days, and over 50% are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.

    A: Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

    Q: Can I track my order?
    A: Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey.

  • Q: What materials are your t-shirts made from?
    A: Our Unisex Classic Tee is made from 100% cotton, with some variations:

    • Sport Grey: 90% cotton, 10% polyester

    • Ash Grey: 99% cotton, 1% polyester

    • Heather colors: 50% cotton, 50% polyester

    The fabric is pre-shrunk, durable, and designed to hold its shape for a long time.

    Q: Will my shirt shrink after washing?
    A: Our tees are pre-shrunk, so they should retain their size after washing. For best results, wash in cold water and tumble dry on low.

    Q: Are your prints durable?
    A: Yes! Our designs are printed using high-quality methods to ensure long-lasting wear. To extend the life of your print, wash your tee inside out and avoid high-heat drying.

  • Q: Are your products made sustainably?
    A: Yes! Every item is made on demand, meaning we don’t mass-produce or create excess stock, helping to reduce waste. We appreciate your support in making thoughtful purchasing decisions.

    Q: Are your clothes eco-friendly?
    A: Our tees contain 0% recycled polyester and 0% dangerous substances, ensuring a high-quality, skin-friendly product. While we’re not fully sustainable yet, we’re committed to making responsible choices in our production process.

  • Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
    A: Because each item is made to order, we don’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at elevationxapp@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right.

    Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
    A: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at elevationxapp@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
